Pheng

Ingredients:

1 kg Chicken (chopped into pieces)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
pepper and bay leaf
1/4 cup water
1/2 vinegar
1/4 soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
3 potatoes (diced)

Procedure:
1. Marinate chicken with other ingredients except sugar and potatoes
2. Bring them to boil
3. Add sugar and potatoes then simmer until potatoes are cooked
